We’re hiring a Founding Operations Lead to take on a full-time, high-ownership role. You’ll run data collection projects from the ground up, manage contributors and contractors, solve problems quickly, and keep projects moving without needing much direction.
This role is for someone who is extremely organized, intense, and reliable. You should be comfortable owning messy operational work end to end, figuring out what needs to happen, getting the right people in place, tracking every detail, and making sure the work gets done.
Over time, you’ll be one of the most important people helping us build the most automated operations system of any data company , turning manual workflows into scalable systems that let us move faster with less manual work.
