This is a pretty dumb policy flail. That said:

You shouldn’t cherrypick the singular chart that says 3%. This is not representative of “every detailed study”. It’s not even representative of other recent Pew studies.
If you’re going to (rightfully) complain when people cherrypick evidence, you should do better yourself.
But does that even make sense? If the supposed problem with all these sites is that they allow for the sharing of content “alongside algorithms,”
I like Bluesky as much as the next guy, but I don’t see how you exempt a Twitter clone, especially compared to say, Snapchat. The concern has never been about solely mandatory algorithmic content. Also, dunno if it was added afterwards, but stuff like strangers communicating with children certainly qualifies.
